Sauces

I believe that Bull - Dog sauce is nothing new to Japanese food lover. I finally have a chance to have one decent bottle. I tasted it, on chicken katsu. So here is what I thought about it.

It taste strong like vegetable. The strongest taste I can taste in my tongue is celery, onion and carrot. Then, tomato come afterwards. Overall this sauce is a bit sweet but mostly tasted like concentrated vegetable stock.
I love it. Next time I shall try it on okonomiyaki.
